Retreat

droved up to Frasier's Hill last weekend for Shirley's sub-zone leaders' retreat.
first things first, thank God for journey mercy. despite the 'infinite' winding roads, we reached without anyone feeling too unwell. it's a milestone for me as well having first time participated in a 'convoy' or actually driving in any other long distance road trip.

Got to meet most of shirley's subzone's cell leaders as well as interns. i feel left out to be part of that group... to be mentioned at the same breathe with Shirley, its my honor as i was never under her nor have yet to speak with her before this retreat.

This is my 2nd trip to Frasier's Hill in a month as i just went there with some of my LEO club members. However, This time around... something in me just tells me that i couldn't miss out on the trip. Compared to a simple bbq and 'ghost stories' session after dinner from my previous trip,I expected God's touch and a time of refreshing from this..this had to be more 'purposeful'.

the retreat was awesome. Overwhelmed with the time spent with God and overjoyed with the new people i got to spend time with... it was really great. i'm actually lost for words at the moment...but i'm no longer emo- at least for now. :)

some pics maybe?
